How It Works:

1. Choose Your Duration: Select the number of hours that you need the VR headsets.

2. Enjoy Unlimited Use: During the rental period, participants can dive into VR content without worrying about additional costs.

3. Support Included: Our team ensures smooth setup, technical assistance, and troubleshooting throughout the event.

1. VR Headset Rental :

o $150 per hour, per headset

o Up to 4 people per headset for 15-60 minutes

o Minimum rental duration: 2 hours

o Each additional hour: $140 per hour

2. Base Experience:

o Includes immersive 3D virtual reality STEM experiences for a minimum of 16 people

o Base price for 16 people (4 headsets): $1,200

3. Early Booking Incentive:

o 10% discount for reservations made at least a month in advance.

4. Customizable Packages:

o Hands-On STEM projects: Additional $20 per person
